Privacy Notice

This notice covers the public TrueNorth Training Company website, not the separate sign-in-protected Field Training application. Agency data handling and retention require a customer agreement.

Demo requests

The form prepares an email draft in your device’s email app. This website does not save the entries or send them to a TrueNorth database. Nothing reaches us until you review and send the email. We use details you send to respond to your inquiry and arrange a demonstration.

What not to send

Do not include trainee evaluations, personnel records, criminal-justice information, medical details, or other confidential agency material in a demo request or ordinary email.
